William Gropper Signed Political Cartoon Lithograph Print - 28.5 x 24" There is some surface chippingHere is a beautiful political cartoon lithograph print signed by renowned cartoonist and artist William Gropper (1897 1977). The print is housed in a very nice frame with glass in good condition and is nicely matted. Gropper's signature can be found in the lower right corner. I have been unable to find this print elsewhere online, so I do not have a title for it at this time. The frame measures 28. 5" x 24".
