瓶身以艾菲爾鐵塔為靈感所設計。2000年時現任莊主Philippe Chautard向父親Jean-Baptiste Chautard致敬的作品，也是酒莊的最頂級汽泡酒款。也是酒莊唯一的年份汽泡酒。複雜而細緻的香氣，帶有白色水果（梨），還有異國情調的香氣（香草，杏仁）。完整的結構，新鮮花果和些微的橡木點綴。悠長而豐富的尾韻。二次瓶陳48個月以上。
