Yes, the Outlaws of Thunder Junction cards with plot are easy to include, and while you don't have access to red's impulse draw, you do get discounts on foretell, flashback, and adventure costs, so you have multiple sets to draw from if you want to swap in what you have or more of your favorites

While you need a bunch of creatures and noncreature spells to really take advantage of it (which probably limits it to token decks), it can be an engine that takes over the game in the right deck
