Chattanooga Whiskey Cask 111: Tennessee High Malt 2016 from Tulsa and the surroundingCask 111 is the unfiltered, single batch expression of the distillery's signature Tennessee High Malt recipe a rich, malt forward approach to bourbon. Comprised of at least 25% specialty malted grains, each 6 10 barrel lot has been selected to highlight the subtle batch to batch variation of this distinctly cask forward bourbon. Chocolate covered cherry, toasted coconut and cinnamon. Full bodied with a warming, malty finish. Mash Bill: Yellow Corn,
